This business is completely unprofessional, unethical, and has ZERO concern for customer service. I've been dealing with a simple issue for over a month after a NP administered Botox incorrectly and lopsided. They attempted to correct in 2 weeks later but my face still looks strange. Sadly I purchased a package and have a large remaining credit for Botox, which they are now trying to rip me off by offering to refund HALF the credit or charge me 40% more to transfer it to laser treatments. After being a client for 15 months, buying several packages, it is shocking to get such a negative response from corporate, who is now completely ignoring me. I will have to file a complaint with BBB now. DO NOT BUY PACKAGES from this clinic because if they mess up your face, they won't even apologize or try to repair the relationship. I wish I had read reviews about this clinic in Hillcrest because apparently they are notorious for shady business practices. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE, though they brag about being a "black diamond" provider of Botox (Allergens). I have already written Allergens for assistance but continue to be ignored by both the manager of Hillcrest location and corporate.
