SUMMARY   Reviews Summary

Member reviews highlight the ambiance, outstanding cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, rich gym offerings, and convenience of the gym's amenities. Club members, notably Y's senior league basketball players, seem to be amiable, and this is ideal for people who want a supportive fitness community. Meanwhile, the place's neatness is a common factor that contributes to overall member satisfaction. The gym also has a positive atmosphere with members and staff that are friendly. The gym offers various classes and exercise options that make it easy for anyone to find something they like to do for a workout. Moreover, many members also like the gym's numerous amenities, such as its heated pools and snack bar. Several even expressed optimism that one will be able to exercise and relax in a single facility amid the pandemic. Some of them have experienced some inconveniences in the gym, particularly when it comes to the gym's somewhat short operating hours. And, despite staff shortages due to COVID-19 complications, team members often go beyond members' expectations. Not once have I encountered a team member who was not willing to help. Many reviews also indicated that the gym is a great place for women. There are separate sections and classes for them, hence they can get more comfortable. An instructor named Amada was also mentioned in several reviews, by far the best yoga instructor in the gym. She teaches very well, which is why many members like her. Someone even called her their fitness angel. The overwhelming feedback is that the gym is impressive, which is why many would not mind recommending it to others.
