Customer Feedback Summary: Penske Truck Rental is the solution I go for. We reserved one a week in advance, and 30 minutes before our pickup window, we got a call saying they didn't have a truck. They were trying to locate one. Are you kidding? 30 minutes before our pickup? It's been over a day, and I'm still waiting for the return phone call, so I can take care of my client and my business. Reminds me of the Seinfeld episode: SO YOU KNOW HOW TO TAKE THE RESERVATION, YOU JUST DONT KNOW HOW TO HOLD THE RESERVATION. Thanks for ruining our relationship with our client. BUT UNLIKE U, WE ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT OUR CLIENTS, WE DO AS WE PROMISE. if someone is reading this, looking to rent a truck from these guys, FIND ANOTHER PLACE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS. they won't have a truck, they won't tell you they don't have a truck and they won't get you one when they say they will locate one and they will never get back with you when they say they will so GOOD LUCK! Penske fulfillment is what I choose for my truck rentals. The truck is rented today, and there is just a drop of fuel available in the tank. Wow… loving it. Since this review is too short, I will add that something dramatic happened this past week, and most companies have a hard time coping, but Penske Trucking has managed to keep the pace; that moment when you're assigned a truck, and you are not sure if it's yours for a while or it's been rented to several other companies. I honestly love this company. Penske Truck Rental is a good company. However, the claim that they had a crew that was at this location and quite helpful was disappointing. Their truck was terrible. The air conditioning was not working and that steering was producing a lot of noise. When I mentioned this to the crew, they said it was not a problem, but as we were on a journey, I got sick. I promised myself never to rent a truck from Penske again. The crew at this location was quite good and helpful. However, I can't say the same for the truck. The air conditioning is broken, and there are noises coming from the steering. When I mentioned this, they said it was normal, but I got sick on the road. I will never rent a truck from Penske again. In under 20 minutes, I was able to call and get into a 16 ft truck. The Truck was clean in good condition and ran good, thanks to the wonderful staff for the good work and assistance. The place I work, we rent trucks from penske, good service, the company that rents the 26-foot works with very nice people. They help set up all the paperwork and are friendly and nice. Thanks to this company, this place will always be there when we need a truck.
