About this business

Welcome to Pet Hospital of North Park. Our hospital was established in 2004 by Roberto Osawa. Dr. Osawa graduated from the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico in 1982 and the University of Missouri in 1993. He is a third generation veterinarian. The Scottie Dog symbol was adopted for the first time in his grandfather's clinic in Mexico City in 1934. Miguel Constantino became an associate to the practice in 2015 after graduating in 2005 from the University of Baja in Mexico. In 2017, Dr. Alina Miertteran joined our practice. She received her degree at UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine. Pet Hospital North Park promises to work together to offer the best general care for every pet that enters its doors. The hospital pledges to make it affordable for all pet owners to keep their pets healthy and happy. We are only as strong together as our weakest member of our veterinary team, and the hospital promises to take every step to ensure every team member can give good advice on a pet's behavior, health, and wellness because we want to take care of your pet every day.

The clinic team provided excellent care to both nervous and sick pets, allowing the animals and their owners to relax and discuss more thoroughly. Several recommend the clinic for veterinary care for many breeds of dogs, with one dog owner praising the clinic for providing great care for their pugs. Many are also comfortable with the costs and appreciate the clinic's transparency in billing. Part of a review suggests that scheduling could be improved, particularly the waiting room congestion. However, many others commend the excellent and prompt care they have received, even in urgent situations, stating that they would continue using the clinic.
