When they also came to remove the debris, they also repaired two holes we had noticed. They charged an unreasonable fee of $300. Pioneer Roofing is a literal lifesaver! My insurance firm threatened to cancel our recently bought home's policy unless we replaced the roof within 30 days. We called Spencer, and he found out that we had more time on the roof. He assessed it and we sent the report to the insurer. They accepted and did not cancel the policy. He did that free of charge!
