We hired this vendor to capture our wedding day with the expectation of having beautiful, authentic memories to cherish for a lifetime. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we had hoped, and we feel compelled to share our concerns with others considering their services. While LaRon was truly exceptional—professional, kind, and a pleasure to work with—our experience with Mia was incredibly disappointing. Mia came to our wedding dressed in sweatpants, which felt highly unprofessional and inappropriate for such a special occasion. Beyond that, she was overly demanding, insisting that we leave a five-star review for her company before they would send over our photo albums. This kind of pressure left us feeling uncomfortable and undervalued as clients. On top of these issues, we did not receive any of the other items that were promised as part of our wedding package. This was extremely disheartening, as we had trusted that the full package would be honored. When spending money on such a significant milestone, we expect the agreed-upon services and deliverables to be fulfilled fully. The photography itself was just satisfactory. While we did receive a few good shots, we were left without many of the meaningful and special moments we had hoped to have captured. It felt as though the focus was placed on overly photoshopped images rather than natural, candid memories—something that detracted from the authenticity of the day. We had high hopes for a seamless and stress-free experience, and while LaRon showed professionalism and genuine care, Mia’s approach overshadowed the positives. As a couple, we deserved a team that would focus on making us feel comfortable, prioritized, and excited about our wedding memories—not burdened, pressured, and let down. We hope this feedback encourages the company to reassess their client approach and ensure they deliver on their promises in the future. If you’re seeking a vendor who values professionalism, integrity, and authenticity, we recommend exploring other options. We wish LaRon continued success but are deeply disappointed by Mia’s handling of our wedding experience.
