The card stock is quality, color is rich and true and the customer service on the way to creating was beyond exceptional. I shopped a few other printers before going with Printivity on price, which was the best by far. I'm so glad I did for the value and quality I got for that price.6. They we thorough, friendly, helpful, and efficient. I could not have asked for a better service. A+ all the way.8. Fantastic experience! We had a local quote for our club directories…around $26 each. Printivity came in at under $8 each including shipping. I try to support local businesses but I can’t justify a 300% price! I’ll admit I was very nervous ordering online…but their customer service is top notch. They helped in the beginning with helpful info on paper weights, coatings, etc. then once the copy was submitted they offered suggestions to improve the end product. It took me three revisions to get it right but even that was finished in an afternoon. Delivery was right on time the day promised. Count yourself lucky if jasmine is asssigned to your order, super helpful and professional. FIVE STARS ⭐ I cannot say enough good about this company.9. Says most affordable in the U.S... Apparently, Alaska doesn't count. False advertising, the shipping was as expensive as the printing.10. So happy with how the programs came out! We were down to the wire with ordering these, as we designed it ourselves. We ordered 200+ programs on Friday April 24th, needed for a gala the following Saturday, May 2nd — so we were cutting it close. Printivity was able to provide the proof within one business day (Monday morning) and it was so detailed which was incredible and put me at ease to know someone actually looked at it! I approved the proof the same day and the books went into production right away. I was scheduled to receive them Wednesday April 29th and that is exactly when they arrived they were packed very well and such great quality. Everyone was impressed at the gala and I will absolutely use this company again. 10/10 quality work and responsive customer service.11. lack of communication, poor quality of print12. Heads up for anyone considering Printivity: They advertise “up to 20% off your first order,” but in my experience that offer was not honored after checkout. I completed my order, entered all information and payment, and was later told I needed to create an account to receive the discount — something that was not clearly stated during the ordering process. Even though I received an email "click here for 20% off". Even after going back and forth with their team, wasting so much time and energy for a dumb discount. they would not apply the advertised promotion.13. Very disappointed with customer service. We placed an order for printed post cards and they came out fine. We then placed the same order a month later. This new order came with incorrect coloring, cut marks rather than bleeds, and was not in the correct size. After contacting customer service with 5 photos of all the issues, I was told I needed to wait for a supervisor to review the issue. I then wait a week for a response- emailing them 3 times for an update on a re-print. I'm now on hold with customer service and have been here for going on an hour... Update: They told me I needed to speak to a supervisor who would not be free until the following week for a call back. I requested they just cancel the order because we needed this product in a few days. We'll see if they actually cancel it, I won't be surprised if I have to call back in another week.14. Both times I have ordered from this company - ONE single out of stock paper for the cover of my student handbooks was out of stock. Instead of contacting me to let me know about the issue, so that my order could be approved, printed, and shipped on time - they waited for ME to reach out to their customer service because I was worried that I had no tracking # and my orders would not make it in time to teach my class. The first time, they understood they dropped the ball, and overnighted my workbooks to the venue so that I would have them the morning of my class. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after that first issue, and so placed my 2nd order with them again. THE SAME ISSUE held my order back for over a week - and I was too busy to follow up with them. No one ever contacted me, I had to follow up on my own order status. Unfortunately this time, because they assured me that the package would arrive on time, I did not request it to be delivered to my venue (and I'm flying to another state for this seminar.) So now, I will have to pay to have someone pick up my package and overnight it to me, it will arrive 2 days late, and I will just have to accept that I made the stupid decision to trust this company to fix its mistakes and fulfill my orders properly. There was no email for an updated proof request, there was no communication about 'out of stock paper' - whether its a tech or internal issue - their fulfillment procedures are BROKEN and I would never trust them with another project.15. 5 stars for printing, quality, turnaround-time, and customer service! I ordered saddle-stitched booklets from Printivity to serve as conference programs. (150 booklets, 32 pages, glossy) As a first-time customer, I was very nervous because I had a tight deadline -- and had no room for delayed turnaround times or re-prints. The booklets came out amazing! The printing was great, quality was great, and the customer support was fanastic! PLUS-- my shipment even came in a few days before expected arrival! I am very happy to know I can count on them for my next projects! Shout out to Keiliani & Connor for their support too!
