Customer Review Summary: 1. Great biz yay This is a great organization for business owners and civic leaders to get the support they need. Permits, location, hiring, incentives, networking, this group companies. Market intelligence, tactical strategy, and much more. Well worth connecting with them 2. Reserved a car, flight was 20 mins late, show up to counter 15 mins after reservation time and place is closed. Tried to call no answer. Charged a $51 no show fee. Disputed it and they fought it. Went to another rental desk as all the other ones were open and they said Economy does this all the time. No where was I told the place would be closed or what their hours were. 3. Excellent was assured that someone would be getting in contact with me and Catherine was a woman of her word...if you need someone to be honest and do what they promise ask for Catherine....she rock!!!
