ABOUT Services Excellence Summary

We are in no way affiliated with mold remediation. Nobody has a financial interest in locating expensive mold treatment for you. Restoration companies do not give us any sales commissions. Our mold inspectors only use certified Mold Inspectors, who are Professional Scientists. We will only suggest remediation if it is required. If remediation is required, we will suggest a professional company we have recommended. SD Mold Inspection will write a Scope of Work to ensure that the remediation company only charges you for what you need. Information on us and the types of molds we inspect can be found on our website. The basic mold inspection will involve visual inspection, air sampling, and moisture testing using an IR thermal camera, a moisture meter, and a moisture meter. A full report is provided from me, as well as the laboratory. A detailed scope of work will be provided for any mold issues that are discovered, detailing the necessary steps needed to correct the mold issues. An outdoor sample is always included in order to compare the indoor samples with the normal outdoor samples to determine the normal level of mold.
