This company should be ashamed of themselves. I paid them over $3000 to build a new website and create SEO for my company. They created fake reviews as part of them trying to build my brand. This was not part of the services list to create fake reviews for my business. I paid for a new website which I did not receive. Zandra, Jeremy and their team use AI to create fake reviews. After signing up with them because of their 50 5 star reviews, I thought I could trust them. The first thing they did was start posting fake reviews to my Google business page to receive a better ranking for my page. The reviews started flooding in from fake users, using language that was robotic and overall distasteful. I immediately called Zandra saying how I didn't understand that the "reviews" they promised would be from fake profiles. I thought they would reach out to my several clients asking for thoughtful REAL reviews. She stated, this is how it is done to raise your ranking score on the map. I reviewed everything with my team and decided this was not the way to go. My company needs to stay genuine and trustworthy. You do not create trust with future clients using fake reviews. II asked again, when am I going to receive my new website. She promised new copywriting, updating key words, alt image text (I have done all of this before myself before). She said the website is not done, and she wants it to be perfect. Well I guess it was never perfected because 2 months went by and I received nothing. I canceled their service and they charged me again for another month of $1200 even though they stopped providing any "SEO" and never delivered their services. I didn't get one single log in to any of the directories they claim to have posted my business. All of their reviews on Google are fake. If you check on Yelp they do not exist. Which is why I am writing an honest review to stay away. How can a company that is trying to build a reputation for other businesses create fake and fraudulent claims as part of their deliverables? Absolute terrible hypocritical company.
