Phil did a large traditional free hand tattoo on my leg awhile back. He’s fast and really talented. Clean. No line blow outs. Bright colors. Fairly priced. Phil can fix any tattoo and work with any style you have in mind. That tattoo healed faster than most of my other tattoos. It’s one of my best tattoos as well. I always have fun checking out all the art in Tahiti Felix tattoo museum while putting together a piece. The atmosphere is calm. Good vibes, good music playing. The only thing you’ll have to worry about is parking. Ask the receptionist or your artist. They’ll direct you to a parking lot close by that’s cheap and safe.
