ABOUT Services Excellence Summary

U-Haul of City Heights Feedback Summary I rented the uhaul for 2 hours and they didn’t give us or inform us of a separate key needed for their lock on the trunk. I’ve rented their trucks before and never have they had locks on the trunk. So we were unable to use the uhaul, and were charged the full amount of the reservation even though it was an error on their end. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION! We rented the uhaul for 2 hours and they didn’t give us or inform us of a separate key needed for their lock on the trunk. I’ve rented their trucks before and never have they had locks on the trunk. So we were unable to use the uhaul, and were charged the full amount of the reservation even though it was an error on their end. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION! Easy process and the people there are so helpful! There were only 2 people for a long line and not only did they hustle to take care of everyone but had fantastic customer service including greeting someone and updating them on a wait time in French AND quickly made my son the cutest uhaul piggy bank to play with. We loved our cargo van and overall just had a great experience Second time using this location to move & always a smooth and fast experience! 13. Employee was very helpful in walking me through the process I can’t remember his name 14. They supposedly close at 7 yet for two days in a row getting here before 7 I was told they couldn’t fill my propane tank for different reasons. No propane hours posted, just employees who didn’t want to or didn’t know how to communicate with each other. 15. I was in need of a vehicle. I was not sure which vehicle I should have chosen. The worker ensured that I picked the correct vehicle for the job. He did not try to upsell me a vehicle I did not need. The service I received was Excellent and professional.
