But some guests suggested that the experts require additional training, and that increased privacy would make the scrub session more relaxing. Although most visitors appreciated the communal facilities, one visitor found the ongoing construction and noise from other spa users unsettling. Other critical mentions included the facility visitors' noise and a wish for more privacy in the common areas. The spa still scored well, mainly due to the service's friendliness, and many guests said it was their favorite way to relax and renew their energy. Staff responses, such as reservations that began just the day prior and the professionals' guidance during my visit, were also admirable.
