Collaborating is how Coro achieves meaningful change. By working across business, unions, schools, communities, government, and non-profits, we encourage creative solutions and strengthen our democracy. We train and support leaders who can solve society's most challenging problems. Post-Coro, graduates are more aware of the world and able to lead it. They also have the encouragement of an influential network of peers committed to helping them achieve their goals. We collaborate to transform our country. Coro learners are experiential. Our expert faculty teaches participants to collaborate actively with colleagues to unlearn old habits and learn new skills. Six 21st Century leadership competencies are vital in the working world. Our programs try to cultivate and develop these six abilities.
