I specialise in working with adults and conduct individual therapy. Anxiety, trauma, depression, and PTSD are among the issues I'm skilled at addressing. My practice is open to everyone, but I have a lot of experience working with LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC folks. I also hold a postdoctoral certificate in clinical psychopharmacology. I have collaborated with psychiatrists, prescribing physicians, and others to help decipher if medication is needed. If medication is required, I'm ready to assist you in choosing the right medication and, if necessary, offer referrals.
