Orlando did an amazing job! Writing a review for a loan officer seems odd, but I cannot recommend Orlando enough. He was patient and understanding throughout the closing process, representing us professionally. Our refinance had some hiccups, which prolonged the process, but Orlando was quick to respond with answers and explanations, making the rough spots easier to navigate. Orlando also stayed on top of the situation and was incredibly responsive to all phone calls/emails. Orlando always claimed to have a Plan B when things did not go as expected, and he absolutely delivered. He even called me while on vacation to make sure our closing went smoothly once we agreed on a new date. Orlando calmly and reassuringly guided me through the process, and I always felt like he had my best interests at heart. I know he was looking out for me and would always do what was best, regardless of the outcome. Since the refinance, I have been contacted by several other loan officers who all have told me that Orlando had provided the best rates, and his job was impossible due to the complexity.
