Idle Hand has been Holly Ellis's establishment since 2007. We have been an anchor in Lower Haight for more than a decade. Our custom artists are bred in a city with a rich and diverse heritage, and we embrace that at the shop. We advocate for traditional tattooing techniques in SF and seek to evolve our understanding of the construct by making unique versions of classics. This prompts creativity from our customers.
