The charge has since been voided, so I've decided to give them another chance and have updated my rating to 4/5 stars. **Original review: 1/5 stars** I previously left a 5-star review for my own case, which was handled well. This review concerns a separate matter related to my wife’s immigration case. Over time, I’ve noticed the fees have become less transparent, and this isn’t the first time it’s happened. Despite that, I continued to refer friends and clients to Don because of the positive outcome of my case—even after my company ended its working relationship with him. Now, I feel a responsibility to warn others: while the firm is capable, billing practices have become increasingly unclear, and you should proceed with caution and request detailed estimates in writing before agreeing to new work. 2. I cannot recommend enough Levin and Pangilinan. Don is not only great at doing his job but he’s also an incredibly kind human being. I’ve been lucky enough to work with him on my H1B as well as my Green Card applications. Many years later I am now a US citizen and I am thankful to have been on this journey with no other than Don. Thank you for your pertinent advice and for your unwavering support. 3. I highly recommend Levin and Pangilinan PC for immigration services. Their small team offers top-notch service, led by talented attorneys like Cara and Don. Over the course of my extended experience with them, Cara and Don consistently provided excellent guidance. They led me through my H1B visa to EB2 employment-based green card process, paying attention to every detail. I appreciated their meticulous work. I met with numerous other attorneys before deciding on Levin and Pangilinan PC. These conversations, unfortunately, only yielded conflicting and unsatisfactory advice. Cara and Don consistently provided accurate information which, in hindsight, was a lifesaver. It’s crucial to work with a competent and experienced attorney for immigration. I’ve had to reapply due to attorney processing mistakes in the past. They provided useful advice in response to the adverse situation that arose when I was laid off between 2020-2021 and my visa extension. I am now a green card holder, thanks to them. I am very appreciative. Their main drawback is the large number of clients and associated workload. It is best to reach out to them as early as possible to ensure they can help you with your immigration issues. In my opinion, they are the best attorneys you can have on your side. Philip and his staff where on top of everything and would check on me and give me updates all the time about my case. They have helped so many family members and friends and always with a successful outcome at the end for everyone.
