After paying a $3,500 retainer, I got one phone call then nothing for weeks. I played phone tag with the attorney assigned to my case and received a nearly $600 bill. Meanwhile no progress on my case, after spending over $4000. The only advice I got was that I should look into paying off the non paying tenants. Had I not hired this firm, I could’ve used that $4000 towards possibly doing this. Now I’m-back at the beginning with $4000 less in my account.
