Before the Launch Tom and Al had an idea to start a painting firm after working for 12 years for the biggest painting contractor in the Bay Area. Tom was a commercial salesman, and Al was a foreman, and they both decided to start their own painting company because they were passionate about helping others improve their homes and businesses. They knew the pros and cons of the industry, but the risk they took by quitting their jobs and starting their own business was worth it.
