Quality Management & Quality Assurance: Achievement Engineering Corp. (AchievEng) has established strict QMS procedures as per AASHTO R- 18, ASTM C-1077, ASTM D-3740 and ASTM E-329. It is mandatory these policies are to be followed and executed by management and employees of the company. We have periodic in-house training for new employees on these QMS procedures. We have appointed a “quality controller” who has a duty to identify whether QMS procedures are being followed and executed by company’s personnel. The laboratory and field staffs are required to follow our company procedures for implementing corrective action when nonconforming work or departures from guidelines and procedures have been found. The process shall identify the person responsible for implementing corrective action and shall begin with an investigation to determine the root cause of the problem. Records of the corrective action are maintained. Records of external exams, internal audits, proficiency sample testing, technician training, reviews, equipment calibration, test data, test reports, etc. shall be retained for a minimum period of five years.
