About Us We are a family-owned and operated mother/daughter business, and our mission is to make sure that everyone who walks through our doors for gymnastics lessons feels like they are part of a family. We offer instruction in a safe, technical, and fun environment, focusing on the children. Our gymnastics center serves boys and girls and offers competitive gymnastics programs for girls, as well as after-school year camps, field trips, birthdays, private lessons, and more. We offer heat and air conditioning. What We Stand For We are a professional gymnastics training center in Raleigh, NC, with a focus on safety, technique, and fun. Our goal is for everyone, even older adults, to have fun and develop self-discipline, confidence, and skill. We offer recreational programs from beginner to advanced levels. Recreational Programs Gymnastics fundamentals and advanced gymnastics skills are taught in recreational programs. We have a safe and technical environment that is also fun and challenging. Our recreational classes aim to maintain a 7 to 1 ratio to keep kids engaged. We also focus on building self-esteem and strength in addition to technical proficiency and power.
