Shawn and Gilad have been in construction for over 15 years, starting as a job and then becoming a passion. Given the uniqueness of the new constructions that we are to come up with, such as new metal roof installations, copper, and other fitting that might be so hard to conceptually and physically think through. This project was undertaken by Bay Builders through the input of immense knowledge from their GC, Gilad. Many clients if not all prefer working with contractors who consider their (the clients') preferences as opposed to imposing their thoughts which they consider beneficial onto the clients. Queer is the fact that most of the employees throughout the period of the project are too mature. Their maturity goes a long way to easing youthful clients who might want things done in their way and to borrow their will, they are always right and the contacts are wise more than my young thoughts. That is why they seem to take advice and whatever they are told to do with much ease. All these qualities are abundant in Gilad and the entire team. Themes from other independent customers reviews also highlighted the contractors' project management prowess, with testimonies citing communication, problem-solving abilities, and reliable time management. This is one of the critical factors that makes the client bring more projects that their friends may be having and refer them to them.
