Bowhunters Unlimited archery range, Stevens Creek County Park

Situated on a half-timber splitting range in Stevens Creek County Park, directly above Cupertino, the range is accessible daily from sunrise to sunset. Every day, all archers may use the range without being members of the organization. However, the club must register members annually, and each must sign a waiver. Bowhunters Unlimited uses membership funds to maintain the range and conduct events. In addition, members receive reduced fees for events and other benefits. The shade shelter is full of picnic tables, benches, and the club bulletin board with various notices. Targets are 30 to 70 feet away. Three to five targets are behind the hill, along with a segment of the field trail. The targets along the field trail add up to two dozen or more. The course has three-dimensional target events and club shoots near the target homes. The Range Map shows the locations of practice and target areas.

The members are welcoming and supportive, and the place is well-kept and beautiful with about two miles of hiking and shooting trails.
