Crewners Barber Shop started in 2011 and became the first San Jose-based tenant at San Pedro Square Market. Crewners became the highest-rated barbershop in California in two years. Crewners was also in the top 5% of profiles out of over 200 million users on LinkedIn. Crewners has over 700 clients; it was awarded the Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the year award in 2015. Crewners has a strong client base. Crewners started as a three-chair shop. This design was expanded into five chairs in September 2017 when it moved to 111 Market Square. Crewners' doors at 111 Market Square closed on March 15, 2020, due to the Covid-19 epidemic. We only reopened for 48 hours in July and will not be able to open again. Some people remember this. Crewners moved to 151 West St. James Street, which is only 150 feet from the former location once restrictions were lifted.
