We regret to send our parent here. My Dad has to wait for more than one hour for help after he presses the button sometimes. On a good day, it is 30 minutes. A lot of times he has to wait for 40 minutes for someone to come to help him. The caregivers are overworked and the turnover is high. The caregiving coordinator refused to listen to us and instead she is very rude to my parent. The front desk lady is mean when we asks for help. It is heartbreaking to see my parent suffer at this place. Please do not bring your loved one here. They took our money but do not give the service as promised.
