About K.Meek LMFT - Katherine Meek I begin my career in 2013 and work with various problems. I am passionate about helping people who want to improve their communication, self-esteem, and relationships. I have helped my clients manage addictions, stress, anxiety, sex/sexuality concerns, and anger. I have also helped couples work through their infidelities, parenting issues, and neurodivergent relationships. I believe that counseling is a way of creating a safe space for everyone to be heard and seen. I take a holistic approach to counseling, allowing time for the client's voice, identifying problematic behaviors, and working towards solutions. I use in-session exercises and take-home activities to enhance my clients' well-being.
