The first principle involves understanding the issues of the case very early on and very thoroughly. This includes developing an argument for the case. This part involves the creation of strategies, defenses, and counterattacks as the case may be. I usually do a lot of research to make sure that the state and plaintiff have not missed anything that can cause the case to tip in the plaintiff's favor. On behalf of small business owners and corporations, I have also filed suits for them. Such suits are brought against the defendants, who are accused of committing breach of contract, and other civil matters that I represent my clients for in court.
