Very poor management! The manager has low-level intelligence and zero communication skills. It is impossible to work through common problems with him. He is rude and arrogant. The apartments are actually quite nice, but I would weigh trying to deal with someone who has no skills in dealing with people (let alone seniors!) in your decision-making.
