Extremely unprofessional business. If you're looking for a reliable tattoo shop, do not waste your time with Soul Imagez Tattoo. Their scheduling process, or lack thereof, is shameful.
The tattoo that I trusted this shop with has a lot of sentimental value and I was looking forward to getting it done in my home town which I only visit once a year, as I now live on the East Coast. I reached out to this shop via email well in advance and clearly communicated the dates that I would be in town. I was in contact with their scheduler Rider and we exchanged several emails. I was told that the shop would reach out to me with a quote and to schedule the appointment. I checked in several times over the course of the month and was continuously told that the shop would be reaching out soon. Once I was in town, given the shop's poor communication and lack of follow through, I went to the shop in person to sort things out. They apologized for their disorganization and told me that they would sort things out since they were aware that I only had a few more days left in town. Again, I was told that someone would be reaching out to me soon. 2 more days passed and I still did not hear from the shop so I called them again. I'm in town for one more day and the shop waited until the last minute to apologize and inform me that I should have been scheduled long ago but unfortunately at that point, they could only potentially accommodate me at a time that I'll be on a flight back to the East Coast.
Again, do not trust this shop. They are unprofessional and have no regard for their clients.
