Customer Review Feedback for InventHelp San Diego Invent Help elite team is doing a good job at guiding customers through the patent process. They are experts and pregnant with a lot of supporting information. It has been a great experience. They answer all my questions about the patent process. They make it look easy. I can do it myself. This team at Invent Help must enjoy what they do. They work so hard. I am working with a Ms Katie Jordan. She is the best. Communication has been great. However, I rated this topic as three stars. The response was friendly and relevant to my journey. Lastly, I contacted someone to refer me to a patent lawyer, cannot remember his name, and it must have been a year or two ago or more, but not post COVID for sure. The person at Westin Locke should get back to me in writing about the status of my patent pending. They took 11,000 from one of my family members 5yrs ago and still no response or "INVENT HELP" don't waste your time with this company take your money somewhere else. They want 20% of your product and don't even give a courtesy call for a no show? Plus all the emails I send come back undeliverable and the phone is never answered. Pathetic.
