Customer Feedback & Reviews:  1. I have been a customer of digicorns technologies for a long time now and they have helped me many times. My calls have increased a lot. Everyone knows that changes are constant in SEO. However, my personal account manager, Mr. Pushp, always updates me with the latest information and guides me on how to adopt approaches so that my site stays ahead of my competitors. He is also kind, respectful, and treats me well. Sometimes, I forget his gender because of his name (Joke!) ⭐ (1 star) This is my honest experience with digicorns Technologies as an SEO company. The company is advertised everywhere as the best SEO company to work with. Unfortunately, my experience with Digicorns was deeply disappointing, so I want to warn everyone before working with them. I terminated services when I realized the SEO team did not understand the information architecture of my website. This made me feel uncomfortable allowing them to make further changes on my site. At this point, it was clear I would need to find another SEO provider. However, when I canceled and requested a refund for the unused month, Digicorns refused and stated that they have a no-refund policy. Yet, my site had not had any meaningful work done on it that month. Moreover, all the optimization work done on my site had to be undone since they resulted in a drop in my site’s organic search traffic. Besides, I was also forced to undo the changes they made in the internal links of my site, as it almost brought down my site. Instead of addressing this concern, they suggested that I continue with their SEO services or use the charged money for another service as a credit, which I declined. This experience felt dismissive and transactional rather than client-centered. I would advise anyone who would like to sign a contract with them to be very cautious, especially around the billing and cancellation terms.  2. Positive Review by Luis C.
