Timely manner, efficient, and handled our stuff with so much care! Affordable and excellent moving service. Elevators went down at the move-in location, but Angel and Adam effortlessly handled the extra hurdles. They were efficient, professional, and friendly. Looks like Best Fit will be our go-to for our next move! I firmly believe this company is using bots to fake reviews because there is simply no way people have 5 star experiences with them. I booked two moves for my and my partner. The first move was from one apartment to another, about 100 yards. They called be the day before asking to change my move in time and I said no. Then the day of the movers called me 4 hours before they were supposed to be there telling me they were on their way. The movers were nice enough but had clearly been getting high while they waited. I had plastic wrap, moving blankets, and tape ready to help move my studio apartment 100 yards. Everything was packed. The movers ended up using my materials, taking my moving blankets, then charging me over $100 for packing materials. I called the office 12 separate times trying to get this resolved. Each time the automated AI agent would take my information, then a human would call me, tell me "I dont know how to help you with that Ill transfer you to billing". Then nobody every answers the billing line and the cycle repeats. After 5 days I finally spoke to some lady and they said they would look into and get back ASAP. The lady was confused, rude, and unhelpful so youre probably not surprised to hear they didnt. I have since called 7 more times trying to get someone in the billing department with no response. All in all I was charged $600 for a 100 yard move in the same apartment complex for a studio, and most of my wooden furniture is scratched or damages. Im also out my moving materials since they took them. The next day was my partners move. Collectively we called 3 times to ensure they had 8 wardrobe boxes as contractually promised. The move was mostly clothes, so this was a crucial piece. They showed up on moving day with ZERO. I tried to cancel the move and tell them to come back prepared, but they promised someone would bring wardrobe boxes. We packed the truck up and waited 30 mins (keep in mind they charge by the hour) for someone to bring wardrobe boxes. They brought 3.....3 wardrobe boxes after they contractually said they would bring 8, and were reminded 4 times. We already had the truck loaded so we were forced to throw tons of dresses and clothes into trash bags. Siliver lining is the movers on this day were amazing, and took great care of the stuff. This company is a mess inside of the office. It sounds like only 1 or 2 people actually work there and they use an off shore receptionist team and AI. I dont expect to see any money back, but hopefully anyone reading this will save themselves by using a different company. Salvador and Jesus from Best Fit Movers are absolute legends. Moving is usually stressful, chaotic, and exhausting. These two completely changed the experience for me. They showed up right on time, moved incredibly fast, and handled everything with care and professionalism. Every item made it safely into my new place, and they worked so efficiently that I was honestly amazed at how smoothly everything went. What really stood out though was their energy. Salvador and Jesus are genuinely kind, cordial, and upbeat people. Their positivity turned what could have been a long, stressful day into something that actually felt empowering and exciting. By the end of the move I was in a better mood than when the day started, which says a lot when you’re dealing with moving boxes! If you’re looking for movers who are professional, fast, careful with your belongings, and just all-around great humans to work with, I highly recommend Salvador and Jesus. Best Fit Movers is lucky to have them! 10/10 experience. Would absolutely contact them again. Igor, Benjamin and George, can’t recommend them enough. They were speedy but careful. Keep up the great work gentlemen. Very impressive booking - it was so easy and what a relief during a chaotic time with moving! Eugene, Gustavo and Alejandro were so kind and did everything that was asked making it look seamless! So grateful to them and Best Fit Movers - I will definitely use them again in the future! Lucas and Jairo are excellent! They go the extra mile for you. Got my new home set up quickly, with them very observant of all details. I recommend Best Fit Movers to everyone in Orange County. Thanks for all the hard work! Best Fit Movers arrived with one truck and three movers (Will, Michael, and Brian), within their time window, were efficient in wrapping, disassembling and loading furniture and boxes (~ 60 boxes) from a 4-bedroom house into the truck in 2 hours and 15 minutes, and unloading, reassembling, and placing furniture at the destination location in 2 hours and 15 minutes. They also put up a TV wall mount and attached a 65" TV at the destination. After finishing at the destination, they even asked if we were OK with the placement of everything or if we wanted anything moved, or there was anything else they could do for us. Truly very professional, efficient, and cost effective ($1,067 for one truck and three movers in 4.5 hours, including installing the wall mount). We highly recommend these movers! Stole one of my boxes and has failed to return it. They have insisted there are no missing unclaimed boxes, but the most expensive and priceless box just happens to be the only missing box from my entire move. I had expensive things in my box, but more importantly, military memorabilia that is irreplaceable. I am beyond heartbroken and disappointed at their negligence and dishonesty. I entirely regret their services and would recommend you hire a different company. Saul and Ismael did a great job , very quick and professional. Would recommend
