Customer Reviews My name is (name removed). I contacted Santa Ana Professional Services office about a week or so ago, and one of her associates, Briceida, told me she'd have her supervisor call me back. This is over a week now and I still have yet to receive even the courtesy of a call back, let alone being seen in person. I have two family members that did business with this office and had great experiences with the previous staff who no longer work there. There seems to be a lot that has changed from 'back in the day' as I couldn't even get the bare minimum of a call back, even for an appointment. This is unprofessional and a poor reflection on the entire office. In another review, the customer noted that they called during office hours, but no one was available to answer their call. The company also had their email, and VM is always full. This was stressful for the customer. They also noted that the service was quick and easy when Briceida eventually returned their call. In a positive review, the customer said that the company was super helpful, kind, and great at informing the customer on taxes and tax returns. They wished they had come to Santa Ana Professional Services two years ago. In addition to this, the customer also said that she would never go elsewhere. Here lo super recommend for migration cases. You are always very kind and very professional about the concerns of your customers. Another customer liked the service offered at the company, and they were always prepared to help. They helped the customer set up their residence. Briseida is also the best. In two reviews, one customer was complaining about how the company treated her taxes with an expired ITIN for two years. The company sent the tax to the late IRS, and their documentation was missing due to the company's mistake. The last time they wanted to attend the office, a receptionist was very disrespectful. They referred to Teresa as the company's CEO. They said that was it was a horror working with her. The customer said that the company's response was fake because they were attending two clients in separate offices while he/she was waiting.
