Jessica Barker, PA-C, NCCPA, is a Board Certified physician assistant. She has held this certification since 2000. Jessica Barker, a University of California, Santa Barbara alumnus, obtained her Biological Sciences bachelor's degree. Her studies in physician assistant studies earned her a master's degree from the University of Iowa Medical School. She started her career at Kaiser San Diego in Neurology.
