AutoNation Chevrolet Valencia

This has to be one of worst untrustworthy dealership I’ve ever dealt with in my 67 years. I went there on 6/4/24 to purchase a car. Upon arriving I informed the salesman that I was pre approved by Capital One financial and I did not want a credit score done. We discussed my trade in and what I wanted for it. The salesman returned and they offered $1800 below blue book. Stating that the car needed 2 tires and that would cost $500. I stated tires for a Hyundai Elantra don’t cost $500. After further discussion they agreed to pay me what I was asking for, for my trade in. We completed the purchase of the vehicle I wanted. A few days after the purchase I checked my credit history and discovered that they had done 4 hard pulls on my credit report. On 6/20/24 I received a payment letter from AutoNation Finance that they were the lien holder and that my payments here due on 7/19/24. I called AutoNation and was basically told to bad and if I didn’t like it to refinance with Capital One. Do not do business with AutoNation.
