There is no reason to have an attitude with any customer, especially when you FAIL at the simplest form of communication. It is literally part of your job as a business owner to inform your customers when you are going to send them a form for a completed service. I feel embarrassed for her that she handles her business this way, customers will refuse to pay if they feel disrespected.
