Over 30 years of criminal law practice experience. Mr. Rubenstein has over fifty jury trials under his belt. He received his law degree from Empire Law School and his PhD in philosophy from New York University. He published in Nature and System an article entitled "A Neuro – Electromagnetic model of Observational consciousness". He also taught Bioethics and created a Bioethics Committee for California. Mr. Rubenstein represents the Sonoma County Bar Association's criminal law section and is a member of the SCBA Education Committee. A former member of SCBA Judicial Evaluation Committee.
