They are not running a business but a scam operation. They will be reported to BBB as well. Edit: I know there was an attempt of a reply from Branden who is still blaming the customer for his unprofessional behavior and gaslighting me. While at the same time sharing private information about my legal matters on his reply. But Branden didn’t give up. He persevered, eventually making contact and even offering to meet the individual wherever and whenever it was convenient for him. Even when the person attempted to intimidate Branden and hinder his efforts, Branden remained professional and committed. I ordered the same day delivery and despite emails and phone calls to get updates, Sonoma Legal LLC did not update me until the night of 11/2/24. They did not serve or attempt to serve the plaintiff. The court date was 11/4/24. This is fraud. I do not recommend Sonoma Legal LLC , They just take your payment. Beware." The receipt for my cashed check was the last communication I ever received from them. No response to many messages left." A quick response initially, but as soon as payment is sent it's like pulling teeth. Since phone calls and emails seem to go unanswered, maybe online reviews are viewed? Branden - you're fired."
