An important lesson is gathered from reviews two through four which have been submitted by employees of Suttles Plumbing. The review reveals that most reviews are similar, all gushing fulsome praise about the company. The mixed negative and general reviews are outnumbered by the positive reviews. This is an unrealistic red flag. With the numerous available online platforms for clients to post their experiences and it is rare for them all to lean almost all to one side. This anomaly makes me suspect that the responses might be fake or tempered with by the Suttles Plumbing management. More keen we note that indeed the negative reviews are general, and we need be wary too of such reviews which are general, they never site a specific incidence. This obviously makes one to consider the possibility that a competitor may be posting bad/negative reviews to paint the company black.
