I don’t believe it’s appropriate to have to pay upfront for future dental services. I was told I needed 2 crowns at a cost of over $4,000. When I was making the appointment, I was told I needed to pay upfront. When I questioned it, I was told I needed to pay at least half. I’m used to paying for services when serviced are rendered.5. Always a great experience here. Jessica (my hygienist) is awesome, always thorough and always very pleasant. Everyone here is also very friendly. The facility is always clean and welcoming. Highly recommend!6. I literally felt like Family as soon as I spoke to the Oral Surgeon, she was pleasant and most importantly she was honest. All staff members were helpful especially in helping me come up with a plan to get my dental work done. They are one of the best in San Diego County and Competitive pricing as well.7. They are very professional and attentive to their customers' needs; Dr. Vakili was very kind and gentle. She makes people feel confident with the treatments and their procedures they have for customers to feel comfortable to make the best decision possible. All staff is highly capable, very organized, friendly, and focused on excellent patient care.
