Submitted 4 days ago for a Trust & Estate / Will & Living Wills legal case, and their work took 11 month(s). I explained the situation, and after that, it was always difficult to get hold of anyone. The lady tammy was slow to reply and did not submit my documents to the court in a timely manner. This is a bad way to do business , I would not even recommend this firm to anyone. There were poor communication, the process took too long, and the firm was not accountable. I hired them as my Probate attorney. Chris Englund finally got me a final distribution. He was professional and sympathetic to my needs. However, it shouldnt take 11 months to get it done. Chris's assistant can be slow to reply but the front desk people are very nice. They acknowledge you when you come in. Chris seems to have a good relationship with the people working there. My case started in May 2024 and saw a final solution in April 2025. That should be a better timeframe, in my opinion. I was also dismayed that the office of this firm sent out of my original irrevocable trust out in the mail without anyone needing to sign for it and it was lost. That was probably the most frustrating thing out of all of it. This is a good office. They are just not very good at doing their jobs properly, which seems to be a reoccurring problem in the legal field these days. Just because they cannot be contacted, not present, then I would not recommend them. 5 thumbs down instead of 5 stars. There are more better lawyers than them.
