When a firm takes all the information from you, pretending another person will contact you only for nothing to happen, it leaves a very sour taste in the mouth. Now this particular firm pretends that it did business with Benjamin Holt. I am sure the fact that Caterpillar became an international company, and moved out of this wretched area that this pseudo-law firm was a contributing factor to said momentous decision. Shame. And no response from the owner please. Learn and move on. You get an F- in customer service
