Giri Trading Agency -  Customer feedback: 1. A one-stop shop for all divine/spiritual needs; amazing collection of God idols, decorative items, and devotional books. The idols are beautifully made and intricately designed. In addition, the store atmosphere is very quiet and inviting. The books available are quite good with a variety of different options to choose from for one's reading or even gifting purposes. I was able to find everything i needed. Mango leaves, beetle leaves, and beetle nuts too. She also helped us a lot to find the books we needed. Customer service is good, The pricing is also good. They have very exquisite pieces. really i liked the place a lot and it gives a divine feel when u enter this place. Highly recommend this store to anybody looking for quality divine items and the best shopping experience! 2. What an awesome place to be in! This place has all you need to partake in Hinduism and Ayurveda. I have been exploring these myself lately, hence came here to buy Vibhuti and Shikakai powder for my first visit. The prices are very affordable - something I highly appreciate given my current financial status! The people who run the store are very pleasant to talk to & Ranga (I hope I spelled his name right ???? ) is also very funny; I got to learn what some words mean from him, which is nice! The aroma from all the incense burning inside makes the place very spiritually grounding, and the music just calms my soul as I browse through the shop. I was truly amazed at just how much this shop has; beautiful statues, pictures, ritual implements, incense, books, mala beads, Ayurvedic and holy powders, etc. As I further my journey on the Hindu path, I definitely see myself coming back here again in the future. 3. Divinity in every corner of the store.. feels like a temple... peaceful place for shopping all puja items at one place. 4. Giri is always my go to place for any Pooja at my home. Highly recommend 5. Came at 11:15 on a Saturday and the store was not open. They need to update their timings. 8. Dont recommend this shop. When we checkout at that time ladies on counter took extra money on each item more than what was written saying duty has increased. Stuff is also not of good quality. Wont recommend this shop. 9. I have ordered Ragavendra Swamy Idol which was out of stock. But the store team put in the extra effort to get the idol and deliver it to me. I really appreciate the efforts!!! 10. We bought puja and decorative items form this place. The shop has great collection of all religious needs including holy books and scriptures. The lady is kind and provide all help and info . 11. Very good collections of devotional items. Also has lots of devotional books 12. Horrible customer service by these ppl. The lady in the shop takes the order but on the day of service she tells otherwise. Very disappointed with the way they handle their orders especially with flowers. Highly disappointed. 13. Courteous felt like buying it from Mylapore 14. Very nice 15. They have really good quality items and there are books. A lot of them. It is a little bit expensive, but the quality of the items is actually good I am not going to lie. Success Story
