Complete Scam! They will take your money before ever even seeing you, then if you wish not to do it they keep your money, no refunds. I’m out $1700 for not one thing done!!

I was allured to signed a life time membership. Right at one year I sent a message to Erick, the reception at Idea Image Sunnyvale to cancel my membership. He used to reply my message promptly, but this time he kept silent and did not reply me anything. I was traveling aboard and not able to make a call. When I come back in the state I noticed I'm charged for the renew membership. I called to cancel it and was told the member fee of $299 can not be refunded. They said I have to make a call to cancel the membership, and the cancelation message Previously I sent to Erick Idea Image Sunnyvale would count. They don't count writing but only phone Cancelation. How terrible cancelation policy it is! I will never recommend this place! They set a terrible policy and most of clients may not notice it when they sign in.
