Concours Auto Spa

used Concours Auto Spa because of the ratings, next time I will read all reviews. I will make it short. My car went in for Ceramic coating. Initially I just wanted finish touch to protect the right side where it had just gotten painted. Doug the owner suggested Ceramic Coating since finishing touch was long gone. Didn't know exactly the process but i trusted him and agreed. I went through a lot of issues with this shop and damages to my car. It didn't matter because Doug would always blame it on me. I will keep it short since im taking them to court. My car went in excellent condition and when I went to pick it up, it was damaged with burnt paint, huge spots, and very huge scratches. Here is just 1 picture of before and after. I  was in disbelief. Unfortunately, I  was one of the unlucky ones and , if you are one of the unlucky few as well, be prepared to hear all  the  denials, excuses, blames and hostilities that entail endless frustrations to come because his shop does nothing wrong . My vehicle went in  a great condition, and came out entirely in bad condition, it has lost it's value. I asked Doug " what about my car?, my money?, what about my warranty that I purchased for 9yrs?, his response was " that's it, that was it" He told me " Im not going to continue doing anything anymore because he went aggresive this time " and again asked" so you never washed the car?" I responded " no , i have not touch the car"! But he insists I did. The huge spot/ scratch/ burnt paint , he grabbed a towel and tried wiping it off and he said " I don't know what it is, it didn't happen here." but my car is inside his shop " ready to go" . I was done. He blamed me for everything, assuming that I washed the car when I did not for the same reason. The paint company is a big Corporation very well known, they only go by workorders and my workorder was to fix , paint and put clear coat on the right side of my vehicle only . They were the ones who noticed the burnt paint on the Left side the second time that i took it in for clear coat because per Doug it did not have any when its on paper that they did. But they went ahead and repainted and put clear coat again. After that, next process was for Concours to complete the work and I left it at Concours Auto Spa . What happened after that, I already explained. I saw Concours Auto Spa work on their profile and it looked great however, as I said " I was one of the unlucky ones unfortunately. There is lots more but I would need more space.
