He is very helpful and answers quickly and has answers to all your questions. 11) If I could give a 0 star I would. Initial contact with Farahi Law was decent. I explained my accident to at least 4 different individuals. Time went on, I had my therapy scheduled and completed. Around December, I received a call asking about my progress. They explained it was close to end of year and they wanted to wrap up whatever cases they could. I told them I was feeling much better, pain was almost non-existent. They also explained my settlement could be $x amount (a high amount). I said sure lets start wrapping it up. A few weeks later I get another call hoping for good news, they tell me my settlement may be smaller due to my treatment not being so extensive. I told them ok well I'm still feeling good. I told them I get headaches but I feel its self inflected because sometimes I dont eat when Im at work. they suggested I get injections in the neck. I did. Then the "we've sent in the demand, just waiting" response went on for weeks. Turned into months. And more months go by, I tell them I'm frustrated because I have to call them to find out whats going on, they hand me off to another person to stay in contact with. He explains to me he's waiting on the checks. The next week I call, the guy that processes the checks didn't come in to work and didn't process the lien portion. The next week, the guy who processes the lien didn't have time to process anything for my case. Overall I've been passed around to a Cassandra, Steve, Rodrigo, and now Octavio. They told me 8 months ago my settlement could be $x amount and got my hopes up just to tell me later i need more medical treatment to acutally get to that dollar amount. And empty promises of "I'll call you tomorrow at 3pm whether if i have a good update or not". The practice of processes should be investigated. The staff should be trained not to speak of dollar amount to get a clients hopes up. And the staff should keep in better communication with their clients. I had a cut and dry case. I was t-boned at an intersection. other party admitted to it within the day verified by their insurance. No body damage, no fatalities, no bleeding. just a totaled car. They ask to send a google review within hours of setting up with them to handle your case, and yes they seem nice, because of course they want your case. But over the time of the case, they don't communicate, and they told me lies about how much my settlement would be. WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND. If I got into another accident, I would definitely be looking for other injury attorneys. 12) My wife and I had an amazing experience working with Farahi! The team at Farahi went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and questions we had Farahi had an answer which put us at ease knowing we were in the right hands.
