I am so thankful we found you guys! I found Creekside Dental online! I noticed all the 4-and-5-star reviews and thought I would want to give it a try. This was probably the best choice I have ever made. As a young adult finding a good dentist for the first time on my own seemed overwhelming. I found myself very quickly accepting that I would never go to the dentist again and would have some disgusting rotting teeth. Then I felt so welcomed and cared for right from the first phone call with Charmaine. She is so kind and so patient and eased my worries about everything. I have so many dental imperfections and poor experiences with dentists in the past and dentists I have gone to did help but the anxieties and emotions were still high. Every single person who works here and in this office made me feel welcomed and cared for. It makes me cry because of just how kind everyone was to me. It was more than just about my teeth. It was about my emotional health. Beatrix is an angel on earth. She helped me navigate through my finances and insurance and she made it completely stress-free. Your after-care birthday note and gifts were a complete surprise and touched my heart so much. My first round of treatment (since I have many) with Cynthia and Dr. Moezi was incredible. Everyone was celebrating my new beautiful smile with me and I haven’t stopped admiring it in every mirror or reflective surface I come across (: Your attention to comfort, quality, and the incredible amount of detail you put into everything you do, truly makes us patients feel like you are real-life superheroes. Cynthia (the coordinator?) and Dr. Moezi clearly laid out the plan for my treatment, and every step of the way, they made me feel comfortable and well-informed. I appreciated how they explained why every procedure was being done and kept me in the loop so that there were never any surprises. The after-care instructions were also very detailed and helpful. The office atmosphere is so welcoming, and everyone clearly enjoys their work, including the receptionists, hygienists, and assistants — thank you for providing such a positive experience. She never pushed me to get the treatment but rather let me move forward when I felt ready. I decided recently that life is too short and asked to get Invisalign treatment. She is a fabulous dentist and does all kinds of procedures very well. There isn’t enough space to describe the superb professional care she has given me and my family. All thru my root canals, saving two 76 year old split teeth, etc. she utilizes the very latest techniques and technologies, with genuine concern for her patients comfort, during and after the procedures. Dr. Hamed is an amazing dentist, as well as a wonderful person. Dr. Hamed is very knowledgeable, gentle, and truly cares about your wellbeing.
