I'm moved by Silberman & Lam's (S & L) compassion and professionalism as my Worker’s Compensation Attorneys. Sheryl Lam & Scott Silberman run an excellent law office. During our first meeting, Sheryl said, “you pay us to worry for you. Do not worry we are here to help you with your injury claims.” I was moved. They are good at their jobs. Sheryl & Scott are aggressive attorneys, if needed, explain the process honestly; their team is available to answer questions. I say team because they all work together and have their specialties. Stefanie and Pam are knowledgeable. S & L fought for me to get medical care and recoup ALL my pay; they also won me thousands of award money. The best part is they managed to get me a LIFETIME award. In relation to my injury, they offered me Dr's, Specialist and Primary Care. Silberman & Lam helped me secure Temporary Workers Compensation that helped me a lot during my recovery. After the case, I received a generous award that Silberman & Lam got for me. Silberman & Lam still represented me recently in a SIBTF, Subsequent Injuries Benefits Trust Fund, case. Though I have never met Sheryl Lam in person she knows her stuff and Stephanie, Lorin and Loc Pham have been more than helpful and responsive. The only hard part is they are down in Santa Ana so I've made several trips down there but they are good about reimbursing mileage, and Loc Pham is fighting for me and I've had good experiences so far. Highly recommended5. I have never posted about a company before but after reading one of the reviews I thought I should. I didn’t have a lawyer when I got hurt on a job site (construction - mostly the demolition side) and looked up lawyers near me. Honestly I initially chose Silberman and Lam because they were one of the first that popped up and were close. I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else. My case was probably VERY small but they didn’t hesitate to talk to me. After initially going in to the office, I talked to Sheryl on the phone then she came up (from Orange County) to meet with me 2 days later after already starting on my case. The settlement was more than I thought it would be AND they got all of my rehab, doc visits, follow-up etc. covered as well. Probably won’t be doing demo anymore but still in the construction biz!
