Martin's Towing Service Feedback Summary: A customer called to get their Harley towed, and the customer service agent laughed when asked if they had insurance cover for any damage to the motorcycle. The driver called the customer and said, "if he’s worried about damage then tell him to call someone else." The customer ended the call and called another towing service. Asked the second man the same question, and the second man ensured the customer guarantees no damage, but if anything happens, they will take care of it. Would never call Martins Towing again or recommend to my worst enemy. Very happy with the service, my Mini Cooper wouldn’t start, and my insurance sent Martins service to tow it to the dealership for service, Chris was very patience and helpful.4 Star. We got stuck in the mud out in the country during a hail storm. I called AAA and the man I spoke with informed me they were sending a driver from Martin's. The driver showed up around the estimated time. He was super friendly and knew exactly what to do to get us safely back on the road. 5 Star. I was amazed with their service! I locked my keys in my car and within 5 minutes, the tow guy was already there. He opened my car door and got my keys out in only a few minutes. I was in a rush for an appointment so I told him I didn’t need a receipt. Later on I realized I do need it to get reimbursed from my insurance company. I couldn’t find the enterence so I called them and they said I can get a receipt when the guy who helped me got back. It would take half an hour so I decided to go to a local store since I was not from around here. He came to the store I was at at gave me my receipt. Super nice guys! If I’m ever in the area again and need assistance, I would call them! 5 Star. Horrible service the people here are very lazy, rude, and disrespectful, especially a heavy set lady that sits at the front counter, seems to be racist. All of the employees gave us attitude will never ever use them again people beware, I would not recommend this company at all. Worst experience ever bad customer service. Good luck trying to find the entrance door to their office there are no signs posted anywhere other than on the small door that's about 5x5 inches big, you need a good set of binoculars to see it.
